inconsistent drinks and service, ordered 3 original jasmine tea, normal ice , normal sugar. open 1 drink, no sugar, no taste at all, like drinking ice water. then, tried another one, also same, no sugar, no taste. I am very disappointed at this store. I had no issue in the past, but recently its bad. I do not know what the workers are doing in the store. One of many similar Mixue shops opening up all over Penang. Taste and quality is okay and what you expect from Mixue. But recently seem to have worker issue and last Saturday only 1 worker available to capture order and also prepare the drinks. I can be considered a regular at this place and I noticed one or two or previous regular workers no longer around. Need to fix this labour shortage issue else I won't really consider going to this...

Clean & pleasant ambience. The beverages were good too.

Friendly staff... But their service deteriorated recently as they had a change of their line of staff. The wait became very long & they made mistakes on the orders... Hopefully, they will regain their momentum soon... Then, I shall improve my ratings.

On the personal front, really appreciate how the signage of this shop brightens up the shoplot walkway & the service...
