This kind of bad service restaurant ,I really fist time i meet in my life, when I go in to meet their staff all are not friendly. No give clear instructions and count time count until second by second. This restaurant no give plain water also when times up all food , desert and drinks all will clean up and don't let customer drink even a cup of plain water. When we order the staff are show black face to us and we ask questions all say don't know. After we order alot food we order no come but continue send out the pork slice, we say we no order so many pork slice but they reply is they follow the order system.After we are full already,we ask the staff ask still have any order in process need to cancel order. One of the staff anwer no more then we tell the staff if have any order in process please cancel we are full already.Then after few minutes one of the staff take a large plate of pork slice say we order cannot cancel with and show the MAD face.We say we already said no order anymore and they say system have then they follow system only if we no finish then will charge us 100g rm15. At the end we finished all food. But the staff still trying to find the table and the plate to make sure all food are finished. So please anyone who read this don go the black...

Good job on hiring a good staff member, especially the tall Chinese guy who served us today. He is very attentive to our needs as a customer. The food was good enough even for the basic package that cost around 60MYR per person, unfortunately, the choices of free-flow drinks and raw meat are limited. Great place to go for all you can eat hot pot. Great variety of hot pot and grill items. All you can drink option is great. They have a large variety of beverage selection. Pop, coconuts, flavored waters and juice etc. They also have over fifteen types of ice creams and sorbets. They're sauce bar has a large selection. I wish they had the peanut or sesame sauce though.
