Mixue Jalan Burma — Restaurant in George Town

Mixue Jalan Burma Penang, It was very bad experience in customer servies, Im a Mixue lover, today I was to make order at Mixue jalan burma, but there was no staff to take my order, I was standing there like 10 to 15 minute but still there no respond from the girls even any greeting or apologies for my waiting.

There Was 2 staff, one at the back don't know what she doing, and one in the counter preparing the orders, I do understand the situation that there was a huge order to make, at least the staff can welcome and take the order first and prepare the orders one by one, or can as for apologies for waiting, but there no and respond like i don't were there, and finally i walk away without making any order....

If the both of girls dosent want to work, change the staff or train the staffs properly regarding customer service, seems like this outlet have so many complain and issue regarding customer servies, please look into that, Mixue have a good name, don't spoil it having staff like this.

I want to post this without giving any star, but there no choice, it only can post this review by give one...

I’m writing this to share my experience on 28 May 2025 around 9:30PM — unfortunately, 3 drinks I ordered had issues 😞

We ordered a Lemonade and a Melon Drink. The cup for the Melon Drink cracked and leaked badly. Staff did replace it — thank you — but later I found a hair inside the Lemonade, which was really disappointing.

I still gave it another chance and ordered an Ice Cream Coffee for takeaway. I requested to have it without ice cream (as some outlets do allow), but the Chinese girl was told this outlet cannot do so 🥲

When I got home, the Ice Cream Coffee cup also cracked again, and the drink leaked all over my Grab bag.

Please improve the cup quality and hygiene control. These issues really affect customer confidence, especially for takeaway and...

Visited the store today. There were 2 staffs. The Malay girl took an order and just walked away while we waited for her to take our orders. She turned back and started filling ice. I think there was a big order. And she continued to just walk about and ignored us. Not even sorry,just a moment or even eye contact or nodding kinda gesture. We decided to walk away and immediately after we moved, she started taking orders from the Malay girl whom was behind us.

I felt very upset and disappointed with such behaviour and actions by the girl.

We went to another outlet at nearby Gottlieb Road, despite cleaning up closing both staffs here welcomed us...
