Deeply disappointed with the service we received. My recent visit left me and my friends frustrated and inconvenienced.
Firstly, we were offered a change to an outside seat, which we gladly accepted. After that we requested assistance from the wait staff to move our food outside and making our request known to at least four staff but we don’t know why it took so long for them to move the food
To make matters worse, a staff suddenly brought a bottle of sauce to our table which we never request, and it accidentally poured it all over us. This incident was not only humiliating but also resulted in damage to my friend's branded bag, belongings and clothes. The sauce stains have left a mark, and unpleasant smell to the bag and clothes. We spend almost half an hour to clean ourselves and salvage our belongings.
Moreover, the most irresponsible aspect of this issue was the lack of action taken by the staff (especially the lady in charge). It is unacceptable for a business to merely offer a half-hearted apology without taking any tangible steps to rectify the situation or compensate for the damages caused. (Yes they provided tissues, only tissues. After that they just walked away like nothing happened). We have to instruct the staff to move away the dirty chair and re-serve us a new and clean water.
Another frustrating aspects of our visit was the staff's rush to turn over tables. This was evident in their incessant requests to take back our plates, right after they think I had finished my last spoonful of food. It felt as though we were being rushed out the place, which greatly diminished our enjoyment of the meal. This type of behavior is simply unacceptable. As paying customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to savor our meal at our own pace. The constant pressure to vacate our table was not only disruptive but also showed a lack of understanding and consideration for the dining experience.

FOOD it took so long for the salmon to be served and it tasted dry, I thought they went fishing. The sushi rice, unagi and shrimp was nice taste fresh. ‘Curse’ mocktail is really cursed, suggest not to try.
SERVICE No one serve us we waited for so long and no one tell us what to do except queueing, and a random Family just came can get the seat before us. we were told to get the seat by the cleaner where the attitude are better than any waiters. 😤
ATMOSPHERE The song played there is not so suitable for the atmosphere where we are enjoying the view but the music keep disturbing. And also there was random uncle smoking while we are eating. Noted that on Google there is stated that no reservation can be made but when we are there, there’s three table with reservation plate. Strategic location was there, but you guys messed up.
PRICE most of the thing was very highly priced, so it is not suggested if you are looking for a meal below 50 ringgit...
