The yam rice is sticky and has strong yam flavour which is good. The chai boey is really flavorful. The sourness, sweetness, saltiness are perfect. It has a nice roasted meat flavour. And the egg soup is pretty good as well. The egg is very smooth despite cooking in a large pot for a long hours. I think they fry the egg using pork lard and pig's skin.
