This landmark has indeed regained much of its mojo in recent years, thanks to the state government maintaining their administrative center there, which helps to ensure a steady stream of visitors on weekdays. While the above-ground connectivity of KOMTAR's large IT Mall (the biggest on the Island) with the popular adjacent Prangin Mall and 1st Avenue keeps the crowd coming even on weekends.
