I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding the poor service I received at your MITC branch today.
I queued for over 20 minutes, only to be informed at the counter that there was no spicy ayam available — only original — and even that was limited to dada part only. Why wasn't this informed earlier while we were still queuing? It’s frustrating to waste time only to find out that the main item your brand is known for isn't even being served.
What made it worse was that no effort was made by the staff to fry a new batch of ayam for waiting customers. There was no urgency, no apology, and no initiative to solve the problem. I had expected better from the MITC branch, as I assumed it would be better managed than others — but this experience proved otherwise.
To make matters more concerning, it seemed like there was a manager present during the situation, but no action or support was taken to handle the issue. This lack of leadership and customer care is extremely disappointing.
I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and improves the service quality, stock management, and communication with customers...

The staff work at insanely slow speed (from the cashier to the kitchen), on top of that it always takes a minimum of 45 minutes to one hour waiting time. Time and time again. It’s like the staff never learn their lesson. They know the popular times and yet they always under deliver and shows no effort to improve things.
Here’s a suggestion. Person at cashier please actually take orders fast instead of snail speed. People in kitchen ; maybe already see the high traffic times coming and actually stars cooking at high volume? I am actually not sure if the staff is inadequate or adequate (looks like many people yet service is terrible), so maybe hire more people to man the takeaway. Suggestion to the owner of the branch; please pay attention to your staffs freaking slow Speed and do something; like maybe some incentives idk.

Hi, I’d like to provide some honest feedback regarding my visit to your MITC Melaka outlet.
Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The female staff at the counter looked completely uninterested—she didn’t smile, didn’t greet, and had an expression like she was forced to be there. It felt cold and unwelcoming.
On top of that, the male staff handling the sambal appeared rude and arrogant. His attitude and expression gave off a very unpleasant impression, as if serving customers was beneath him.
