The previous two times visiting this place, I’ve been tempted to write a review. But after last night’s experience, I can’t not warn people. To be clear, I have been here on three occasions now and all of what I’m about to write has happened each time.

Service is shockingly slow! Like 20 to 30 minutes for a drink. When the bill comes there’s more than you have had, last night the bill had an additional 50% added to it in drinks we hadn’t ordered/had including a pizza we didn’t order that they sent to the table.

Took over 30 minutes from us asking for the bill, to receiving it.

The atmosphere was nice, but the service was disappointing.

As a pub/bar, you should expect customers to sit and relax. Instead, we were told we’d been sitting too long and had to leave so they could clear the table for others.

This was shocking, especially since we spent around RM400-500. It’s not like we didn’t spend much. There are other customer who came earlier than us but not treated the same way.

The vibe was good, but the poor service ruined...

This is a lovely place. The manager is a friendly person who cares about his customers. I highly recommend the Spanish menu, authentic and delicious. Beautiful decoration and lovely attention to detail. Lovely sophisticated restaurant with a relaxed ambience, accompanied by a variety of cocktails, wines and beers. However I miss the live band and DJ. Didnt get their names but their performance were youthful, vibrant...
