recently had the pleasure of dining here and was thoroughly impressed with the authentic flavors and quality of the dishes. I tried the beef rendang, crispy kaya toast, and ayam penyet, and each dish was a delightful experience.

The beef rendang was tender and rich, with a perfect balance of spices that made every bite burst with flavor. It was slow-cooked to perfection, making it the highlight of the meal.

The crispy kaya toast was a pleasant surprise—a great combination of crunchy texture and the sweet, creamy kaya spread. It was a simple yet satisfying treat that paired wonderfully with the savory dishes.

The ayam penyet was equally impressive, with crispy, juicy chicken served with a spicy sambal that added just the right amount of heat. The combination of textures and flavors was spot on.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations with its delicious, well-prepared dishes. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more...

While I'm sure that the proprietor is trying their very best, my review still needs to be honest.

The food here is probably the worst I've had from any Nanyang style coffee shop that I've ever been to.

Toast was overcooked and nothing much to say about the kaya or the butter.

The fried items tasted like overnight oil and the flavor of old oil coated my mouth for the rest of the day.

Soft boiled eggs weren't even soft boiled and one was already bordering on being a hardboiled egg.

While you might see that this establishment has 4.7 stars, there is a reason why this place is perpetually empty. The food is absolutely terrible.

Every time we come here, very satisfied food & service & atmosphere. Whole day Kaya toast set must try!! Ice coffee is super good !! After nice walk along the Puteri cove, perfect take a break spot. Chicken curry, Chicken popiah roll ( like fried fish cake) also very delicious. Christine is always cheerful and friendly , all staffs are very nice!! All the dishes are well prepared and nicely presented.👍😋
