I honestly don’t understand how you select your staff for the cashier. Why would you place someone there who is literally impossible to hear? The girl was speaking so quietly that I had to lean over the counter just to try and catch a word, and even then, I couldn’t understand what she was saying. And just to clarify — there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my hearing.

I come to this café regularly and I know perfectly well how the ordering system works. You give out a visual menu where the customer chooses a base (rice or pasta), then adds vegetables, toppings, sauces — it’s simple. I always order more or less the same thing, and I’ve never had any issues before.

But today, the cashier not only spoke with zero energy or interest, she also couldn’t clearly explain what exactly was “not allowed.” Every time I tried to ask something, she just kept repeating, “this cannot” — quieter and quieter each time. What cannot? Why? What’s different today from my usual order? No answers, no explanation, no willingness to help.

In the end, I simply left, because I realized I wasn’t going to get proper service — or food — today. And that’s despite the fact that I was ready to pay for my regular dish, which suddenly became “forbidden” for no reason.

It’s really disappointing because I used to like this place. But if you continue putting people at the cashier who can’t explain basic things, who can’t speak clearly, and who show zero effort to assist customers — you’ll just keep losing guests. People don’t come here to play guessing games and decipher mumbling. They come for food and service. You failed...

A pleasant surprise !! A real healthy option

It’s not always easy finding something to eat which is good for your health, for much as deep fried coated chicken, thick spicy sweet sauces and very few fresh vegetables always tastes good and is comforting, it is really not that good for you.

We visited for the first time yesterday and enjoyed our experience - natural fresh products can be combined to produce tasty and energy giving meals. The drinks also offer a wide choice and are sugar free !!

Items we ordered were well prepared and presented - tasty and nutritious. The eating environment is bright clean and at a comfortable temperature. Washroom facilities are well cared for and above the standard for Eco Botanic area. The staff were pleasant and friendly, attentive and helpful in working through the menu.?

In summary a really pleasant experience and one which we will repeat as there are so many options and combinations to choose from...

Had lunch here today—the pokebowl was tasty, definitely a 4+ out of 5 for flavor. However, the service was quite disappointing. I was told different things by different staff when I was asked to change ingredients (due to the shop running out of eggplant). One staff said I could replace it with anything, while another offered specific suggestions. Later, for a takeaway order, I asked to replace eggplant with avocado—initially told it would cost RM3, then told it wasn’t possible at all. The inconsistency was frustrating. I also waited much longer for my takeaway than for my dine-in meal, only to find out it had been ready earlier but was not handed over to me. Service really needs...
