When I first entered this place, the staff showed no reaction. Even when I asked something, they responded in a voice so quiet that I could barely hear them, and their face was completely expressionless, without even a hint of a smile. They just looked like they didnât want to be there.
I ordered a drink, sat down, and received it. While drinking, I was browsing Google reviews and saw multiple reviews mentioning insects in the drinks. Just in case, I opened the lid of my cup, and I noticed something strange stuck to the wall of the cup and floating on top of the drink. When I took it out, I realized it was a fruit fly. Other reviews also mentioned fruit flies. It seems like they use ingredients that already have insects in them without any concern.
Even though there are multiple reviews pointing out this issue, they donât seem to have any intention of fixing it. I stopped drinking and told the staff that there was a bugs in my drink and was about to leave. However, they didnât react at all. They didnât apologize or explain the situation. When I confronted them about it, they still didnât say anything and just handed me a refund. I wasnât even asking for a refund, but I took it because of their attitude.
If you buy a drink here, I highly recommend opening the lid to check for bugs first.

The sealing was properly done, but when I opened the sealed cup, there was a fruit fly inside the drink. This clearly indicates that the issue comes from the ingredients.    Read moreI love coming here for the beancurd desserts, and I recognise the attempt to make this place as kid-friendly as possible. I also like that there's Taiwanese food served here; my son loves the fried chicken rice especially.
However the service isn't the best. While I often find that the staff at the Taiwanese food and bubble tea corner (Milky Farm) are accommodating and helpful, those at the beancurd stall are quite the opposite. We made an order that was going to take more than 10 minutes, in addition to our usual beancurd order that could be served almost straightaway. However, the staff left our order at the counter the whole way while they prepared the slower item. When my husband first asked if those at the counter was ours, the boy gave a reply that gave us the impression that it wasn't ours and we were too anxious, so we waited a while more. When I realised no one had claimed the items and asked again, they replied that they were still preparing the slower item and they did not have the practice to allow customers to collect their partially-ready order. This is extremely baffling to me, as it seems they'd rather let the faster dishes go warm/cold at the counter than serve them immediately....

First scenario, a woman was spending 15-20mins to pay the bill but looks like canât settle, is okay, then the guy went away from counter and asked for help, so I waited another 10mins again, then ended up he said: I donât know how to settle this, so I waste nearly 30mins queuing up, and without any sorry. Second scenario, I came and buy toufufa again, his mouth keep close, no thank you no any communication, even if speak out the price also not willing to. Third scenario, the grab food is done, he just leave there without notice driver, driver just wait there for 15-20mins, when driver ask is this the food, he said he donât know, I just follow the order only.
