This place has been open for a year and a half. We went there for lunch, it has a cozy ambience with lovely chandeliers, wall decorations and fully carpeted. Shoes must be removed before entering the dining area, so make sure there are no holes in your socks if you're taking a date.

They have both indoor/outdoor seatings. Outdoor is definitely too hot during lunch time and best during dinner hours (Shisha are available). Whereas indoor seating is with an option for either table/chair or on low table/cushions (not advisable for those with lower back pain).

Food wise was okay, a lady came with a tray of appetizers (RM16 per plate), main course was served pipping hot (we don't like cold food), can consider as sharing portion for 2, it's halal and good menu selection. This place is also suitable for events like small office gathering/birthday celebration/date night, with a Turkish theme. Dress code is smart casual, though I noticed many are dressed very casual during lunch time.

Service was okay, only one server during early lunch hour followed by a second server later on. The place is not big, so advisable to make a reservation especially during festive seasons. Reservation is done via WhatsApp to this number: +60 16 761 5824 as I was told.

Price ranging between mid to higher side, especially its excluding alcohol. More suitable for special occasions and not everyday dining. This place is...

Just few hours ago I treated my wife to a special birthday lunch at a charming Turkish restaurant, Istanbul Turkish Restaurant @ Horizon Hills. The ambiance was perfect for a quiet celebration, with a spacious table to ourselves and a welcoming atmosphere.

Our friendly waiter patiently introduced us to the delights of Turkish cuisine. We started with a classic Hummus, served with the most delicious, fragrant ekmek bread I've ever tasted. The main course, Firin Beyti Kebab, was a flavorful lamb dish wrapped in a soft dough and accompanied by creamy yogurt and stir fried vege.

To our surprise, the restaurant generously gifted us a delicious cheesecake as a birthday treat! We paired our meal with aromatic Turkish coffee and traditional Turkish tea, which perfectly complemented the flavors of our dishes.

The portions were generous, ensuring everyone was fully satisfied. If you're concerned about ordering too much, don't hesitate to consult with the knowledgeable staff.

Overall, our experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was inviting. I highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

Bonus: We were excited to learn that the restaurant is expanding and opening a new Greek...

Just came back after having dinner at this shop with friends and still couldn’t sleep thinking about the horrible food, it was the most horrible dining experience. Basically all their grilled meat were the same in all the dishes which they serve with different side dish and styles. It was basic dry grilled meat with small portion and tasteless. One unknown brand mineral@drinking water charged at rm9.00. I won’t mind if you charge rm9.00 for Spritzer mineral water. A plate of rice which is also at rm9.00. We ordered 3 plate of rice, 2 mint tea pot , 1 mix platter, 1 set of lamb cubes which were hiding inside rice, 1 set of bread with some kind of blended sauce , 1 set of bread with minced chicken and the bill were Rm584. You guys should provide a good quality tasty food with the price you charging. Any ppl visiting this shop in future, please carry your own mineral@drinking water. I believe the people who gave good review earlier about this shop either got their meal for free or never tried Turkish food before or lost their taste bud. Please do improve your food quality before charging so high. We don’t mind paying when the food served tasty and...

As you enter the restaurant you are greeted with such tasteful Ottoman Fine Dining setting and atmosphere. I was greeted by a nice waiter Taha who attended to all our needs with kindness and gv us good recommendations. We sat in a gazebo like area beautifully set with Ottoman seating and cushions, and flowy curtain. As you are seated a calming music serenades your ears and the lighting sets a very ottoman mood in the restaurant. The food itself is tasty, cooked with the right amount of spice. The Mezze platter served with soft and aromatic bread. The kids loved the chicken pide with its generous amount of cheese as to the lamb pide (it was cooked with minced lamd and spice for some people) The Bayram Pilaf was cooked with soft juicy tender Lamb pieces. The rice was aromatic and tasty so is the lamb. At the end of the meal we had Kunafe sprinkled with roasted walnut it was not too sweet and soggy. The right amount of crisp outside and softness inside. The Baklava was crunchy and not sweet. Lastly, I loved the wash area as it was designed with cute ancient look like taps and mirrors. Overall it was a nice dining experience with my family even the kids loved it.

One of the best Middle Eastern restaurants I’ve been to in Johor so far! We came in around 7 PM for dinner without a reservation, but thankfully it wasn’t too busy yet. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our waiter gave great recommendations and even advised us on portion sizes so we didn’t over-order. For starters, we had the baba ganoush with freshly baked bread. The bread was soft and warm, pairing beautifully with the dip. For mains, we ordered the lamb pilaf and a pide. The pilaf was outstanding—flavorful, aromatic, and generously portioned. The lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Easily enough for two to share. The pide was also delicious and freshly made. We ended the meal with their kunefe for dessert, which was crispy, cheesy, and perfectly sweetened. For drinks, we had the ayran and hot tea—both classic pairings that rounded out the meal nicely. If you need to pray, there’s a clean musollah upstairs on the second floor. Just ask the staff—they’ll assist you with access. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Great food, warm hospitality, and a comfortable setting. Definitely coming back again!
