I recently visited this restaurant. Despite some minor inconveniences, I left with a positive overall impression.

First and foremost, I must emphasize that the food was amazing. We particularly enjoyed the nacho chips and Turkish dip platter. The flavors were authentic and satisfying, leaving us craving for more. The restaurant's efforts in delivering an authentic Mexican ambiance were commendable as well. The atmosphere enhanced our dining experience and added a special touch to the meal.

However, I must mention the significant waiting time we encountered. We patiently waited for over an hour for all our food to be served. It became slightly frustrating, especially considering that there were only two tables in the establishment, one of them being ours. I can only imagine the potential delays on busier days. ‼️The Owner Needs to Show Some Respect! SO RUDE OWNER‼️

Recently was visiting Malaysia and Singapore and dined at Mexico Restaurant, unfortunately, found it to be highly overrated and overpriced. While the food was decent, it certainly didn't justify the steep prices.

On a positive note, the staff, particularly Chef Mohammad and his team, as well as the Filipino workers, were exceptionally friendly and professional. Their service was the highlight of our visit and deserves commendation.

However, the experience was completely overshadowed by the owner’s appalling behavior. During our visit, the owner yelled at me with a very loud and rude attitude, accusing me of not paying despite my bank statement clearly showing that the transaction was completed. He even went as far as to say, "I have 300 customers now, and I don’t have time for you to take forever for your payment," when in reality, the problem stemmed from his faulty payment machine. Even after realizing his mistake, he didn’t offer an apology, displaying a complete lack of respect and basic customer service.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and it left a lasting negative impression on what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant until significant improvements are made in customer service and respect...
