We had a most wonderful experience here. They are very popular, even on weekdays, so a reservation is a must. The restaurant is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. They have a very attractive outdoor area as well. Service is tip top, you 100% feel very welcome and important to them here. Their menu has all sorts of interesting items. We ordered a trio of mezzes for starter, it was all very delicious and portions were also generous. We also got a smoked mackerel appetizer. Also unique and delicious. The sharing meat platter was enormous. There were 4 different types of kebab skewers, and 3 large pieces of lamb chops. Everything including the chops were beautifully tender. I am very impressed and very happy with the quality of the food. The presentation is also excellent. There is also a musician who plays and sings very well... he goes table to table and is a very pleasant guy as well. He is a great performer and has a lovely voice. And finally we ordered a bougatsa as dessert... this takes a long time (and they will inform you too) because it is hand-stretched pastry and every order made from scratch. Portions sizes of everything were simply massive and generous. And everyone who served us was just so nice and welcoming. At the end of our night we were surprised with a complinentary tiramisu dessert, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary here. Oh my goodness just too much good food! Fantastic job and well done to Stefano and his team. We are definitely repeat customers and firm fans of...
Read moreGreek appetiser comes with feta cheese, olives, and bread. Quite standard, but I don't really enjoy the overly salted olives.
For the white cod roe, the roe tasted creamy and rich, and mild 'crab' flavour. The bread is soft, warm, and smells good.
Moussaka is kinda traditional. The bottom is layered with potato slices, then with minced lamb and beef, egg plants, finally topped with a layer of creamy bechamel and cheese.
I want to comment a bit on the overall dining experience. Since the restaurant is divided into 2 sections, waiters are not available because they might be busy serving in another section while no one attends to your needs.
Also, the food is mainly cheesy, which can be quite cheesy and when I was digging into the moussaka, I already felt full and felt disgusted by the cheese. I would recommend something light in between. I regret ordering too many cheesy dishes and couldn't...
Read moreFrom the moment I stepped into Mykonos Greek Restaurant, I was greeted with a warm ambiance that perfectly blended comfort and sophistication. The inviting decor, soft lighting, and carefully curated background music set the tone for what turned out to be a memorable dining experience.
The menu at Mykonos is a celebration of Greek food, offering a variety of dishes that cater to both adventurous palates and classic tastes. I started with Dessert which was the highlight—Bougasta was a masterpiece of texture and taste.
The service deserves a special mention. Our servers, Raj and Sadam were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great wine pairing suggestions.
Whether you’re planning a casual meal or a special night out, Mykonos delivers on all fronts—flavor, service, and ambiance. It’s a gem in Horizon Hills that I’ll definitely be...
