Ordered a cold brew tea and was served a lukewarm prepackaged bottle. Asked for some ice in a cup but the staff looked at me funny and one of the staff mumbled something along the lines of “this isn’t a kopitiam (coffee shop)”, which technically is true but a simple “we can’t give it out per policy or a charge applies” would’ve sufficed. I would have been fine with a response along those lines and would have gladly shelled out a bit more for the ice. So it was our first and last time Chagee.

If you don’t have more than an hour free time don’t go.

Order at 5pm and I waited an hour to get 2 drinks at a non peak hour timing. Waiting time is too long and if there is a long queue they should at least let us know when we order but they didn’t.

Only 2 person working at front and 2 at back. They seem like checking/arranging stock so no one is doing the orders. After 30mins later a guy start prepared those order but at the same time taking more new order til the screen can’t even fit all order numbers.

Can’t imagine how long should wait...

Since today is independence day so I understand that there are too many orders and I have to wait to get my order, however, I've been waiting for my order for an hour. My drink is ready but my queue number doesn't appear on the tv screen and the staff doesn't call either. Very disappointing! the staff there should have called the customer's number too!
