FOODFASHION — Restaurant in Johor

VERY POOR HYGIENE. DIS-RESPECTFUL WAITRESS.

TO THE OWNER ; PLEASE TRAIN YOUR WAITRESS TO BE MORE ALERT/MINDFUL OF THEIR WORDS.

17th November 2022, I was seating indoor (fully closed door and air-conditioned).

10 minutes after food arrived, a huge fly went into our tea. it was still alive and moving in the water. The cup was still 3/4 full. I notified the waitress expecting a replacement or something.

But guess what. The waitress said "Dah awak biar air tu lapang. Nak order air lain"

1. NOT EVEN A SORRY. DIDNT EVENT ATTEMPT TO CLEAR OFF THE CUP.
2. SHE LEFT THE CUP WITH THE HUGE FLY INFRONT OF OUR FOOD UNTIL WE LEFT THE STORE. DISGUSTING
3. VERY DISRESPECTFUL OF THE WAITRESS. Did she expect us to fully covered all the food and drinks on the table? You blame us for putting the drinks on the table?

Im very dissapointed with such service.

Food was ok. Lontong gravy was on the ceroi side but its ok. The scrambled eggs was not fresh as can see from the picture.

Worst part was we got our food late. More than 30 minutes. We told the waitress our that we didnt get our food yet although two customers that came after us already got their order. We didnt get our drinks! Not a single sorry from the waitress. Then we call her after she walk past us and she didnt even respond. Maybe she really didnt hear us (from less than a meter). Apparently it was due to their printing order problem. When our drink was served after half an hour we ask the waiter why was it late. He replied “apa yang lambat”. No accountability and not a sorry from them.

Overall. Food was meh, customer service is bad. Others review this place ok so it maybe just my experience. Definitely will not be coming here for the...

Good joint with a group of friendly staff.

Been here on 3 occasions for breakfast & dinner in a hunt for local and western options.

Menu variations and serving are adequate. The taste of the food is decent and matches the price. For the listing in the menu, we are quite surprised that there are many to choose from. Not all meet everyone's palate but there's at least something for everyone. We tried a couple from the menu and so far, most were above average.

The internal dining area is air-conditioned, cosy and relaxed with outdoor sitting options too. Car parking is a breeze. This place is very near to Larkin Central.

Returning back here? Absolutely, especially for breakfast. There's still a list from the menu to go for. 😉
