A new budget hotel near Larkin Terminal. ||||Rooms are small. No complimentary drinking water, no room safe, no phone to call the reception and no spare power points to charge your electronic devices. The water heater was not functioning so I had to endure a few cold showers. ||||Can't complain much as it is a budget hotel. Considering how new it is, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Within walking distance to bus station, eating places, stores, etc. Wifi reliable and decent TV channels. ||||On the whole, the hotel could improve on providing better facilities and services. For example, provide filtered water, power points, hooks to hang your towels or clothes (in the toilet especially), peeping hole and so on.||||I would stay here again if there's no other...
Read moreI haven't stayed here because the hotel was already full when I showed up, but I just wanna tell you about outstanding kindness and service Salim (at front desk) showed me. It was already late, and he was busy with other stuff, but he still found time and energy to help me find another hotel for the night. I've asked plenty of questions and even had to rely on him to call other hotels and he had done all of that and even saw me off on a taxi for no personal gain at all. What an outstanding human being! I hope he gets enough business to last him a lifetime, because he sure knows about hospitality and understands what it means to take care of his guests and the visitors to his beautiful city....
Read more(Hotel membuat tuduhan tanpa bukti dan tiada usul periksa) Saya ok dengan bilik..kemas dan wangi serta perabot baru semua..bilik air juga bersih. Lokasi juga berdekatan Larkin Sentral. Siap ada minibar..cuma kettle tiada. Penyambut tetamu juga sangat bagus dan peramah serta membantu. Saya dapati towel tiada disediakan..namun saya tak bertanya kepada reception sebab ingat memang tak ada towel..lagipun saya biasa bawa towel sendiri. Saya stay 1 malam saja kerana urusan kerja di JB..dan check out awal pada 5am sebab bas saya ke KL awal pagi(saya masuk ofis hari tu sebab nak cepat update f2f kepada big boss berkenaan urusan kerja di JB) Sesampainya di KL,saya dapat call dari pihak hotel,bertanya tentang towel sebab housekeeping bersihkan bilik kata,2 helai towel hilang. Saya agak terkejut..sebab memang dari awal ingat tiada towel disediakan. Jadi saya beritahu hal sebenar(seperti saya nyatakan diatas) Insiden ini membuatkan saya tidak akan mengulangi check in. Pihak hotel sepatutnya check dulu dengan housekeeping terbabit.. Jangan sesekali letakkan kesalahan kepada pelanggan hotel anda tanpa usul periksa. So peringatan saya kepada bakal pelanggan semua,sila make sure towel disediakan lah dibilik anda..kalau tak ada,sila request. Begitu juga item lain yang biasa ada dalam hotel lain,tetapi tiada dihotel ini.. Takut anda pula dituduh hilangkan barang hotel.. Sekian. Saya bagi 2 sebab hotel 2 kan;)
Jangan anggap semua pelanggan yang stay di hotel budget itu tiada duit ya.. Macam kami yang datang atas urusan syarikat,dan had claim untuk penginapan dan transportation adalah kena mengikut peruntukan syarikat. Bukan datang...
