I ordered the 2pc chicken plate via kiosk... Then added not for the part of chicken i want.. Then the pic gave me chicken breast and wings i requested as per my order and then he was a bit rude and asking rudely to whom u ordered i said via kiosk and i added note.. Then with a sour face he turn to change my chicken but only change 1 and said there is no other parts but i can see right im front of my eyes there are still chicken drumstick and thighs left... I just took whatever because lazy to argue with brainless ppl.. Apart frm this confusion the food was totally 0 worth it.. Only the chicken had the tast but can see not fresh chicken... Pls hire someone who love to do...

Waitress is VERY RUDE. asked them to give ketchup packs, they give less only, since we are having a lot we requested 5, requested a 2 more then the Malay Girl (Plus-sized Malay girl working during 5th of September 6.05pm, at the pickup counter) give dirty looks, and loudly sighed, worked very slowly too. If not for our bus is nearly there, would’ve complained to their supervisor about her behavior. Pls la, if want to give dirty looks just go home, don’t work in customer service if can’t fulfill a simple request.
