I pay cash at counter with a friendly smile. yet, staff named Syurga welcomed me with a disgusted look and turn white eyes at me. what have I done wrong till she needs to give me such a look. if KFC don't allow cash payments, please kindly put a notice. turning white eyes and disgusted look is not the way to refuse cash payments. It's humid and the table is oily. This is one branch close to our neighbour country. Should be the highest standard benchmark in welcoming foreign guests due to the location by Larkin Terminal which is the main access for road public transport from Singapore. Yet they still acting kampung style of service. Showing no professionalism at all. And they stupidly put cold and hot food in the same bag. I'm not sure if they're actually trained before they start work.

There were 3 staff members when i arrived. One of them is the cashier, not helpful at all. The other one is managing the kitchen, and there is one staff member who just sat and did nothing. Once i received my orders, i went upstairs and it was so smelly. There are so many uncleaned tables with trash on it. The floor was so oily. It stinks. Kfc should've trained the staff better. And please, cleanliness is a priority when you're doing food business.

I dont like to post comment to fastfood but this is exceptional. Service is disappointing. Ordering become annoying. 1st, time of operation indicated supposed to be 8.00am, we were told to come at 9.00am. No meal associated to buns were available. No salt available at all when asked for, for my porrage. So it tasted no better than hospital meal... give one star for being so pathetic outlet.

It's humid and the table is oily. This is one branch close to our neighbour country. Should be the highest standard benchmark in welcoming foreign guests due to the location by Larkin Terminal which is the main access for road public transport from Singapore. Yet they still acting kampung style of service. Showing no professionalism at all.

And they stupidly put cold and hot food in the same bag. I'm not sure if they're actually trained before...

Just few minutes ago I went to this KFC and the staff over there( cashier) was very Rude towards me.. The way she said tunggu also was kinda rude.. then she was doing her things( packing) later on she came to the cashier and looking towards me without saying anything and I was like shall I place my order or what... Kinda blur.. I truly understand she must be tired but at least say something so that I knew that I can place my order.. And without asking me / informing me she simply changed my coleslaw... Actually I don't mind changing it but at least ask me 1st before doing it... She packed everything and when she hand over the food to me then only she informed me that she changed the coleslaw.. additionally she was talking so soft till I...

Going there to buy new surf turf burger. Lousy staff saying rudely to order from the self services kiosk. However the system not update new menu. If not available just say it. No need to ping pong here and there because of lazy to work properly because I saw previous customer was ordering from the counter.

Mgmt should train ur staff to not express unsatisfactory of organizations towards the non guilty customer. We all know KFC salary staff was quite low but please don't show your anger to the customer. It is ur job, KFC not put knife to your neck to working there. It is your choice. Never recommend to buy KFC here and everyone should banned forever.
