Worst ever cafe experience! I ordered just 2 cups of coffee, one americano and one ceo coffee (ice). During payment, i paid cash... and the cashier didn't have enough coins to change. So i paid by card. That's ok, and i can accept. Then i saw the staff serving a couple of cups of coffee to another group of customers while standing at the pick-up area for drinks. I waited several minutes and then thought that they would serve my table similarly. When i sat down, i saw two cups of coffee placed at the pick-up station. I was waiting for my name to be called since the cashier asked for my name. No names called. Again, that was still acceptable. When I picked up my coffee, i asked for a stirrer to mix the sugar into the coffee.... shock! He server said that they do not have any stirrer. I asked for a tea spoon or spoon. Again, the server said he didn't have any. This is most unacceptable for a reputable cafe to have such a level of service. Writing this to warn fellow cafe goers, skip this...

The staff are trying. Kudos to them. But it’s quite slow and not very well trained. But they are trying. I hope they improve customer service speed and accuracy soon.

Also for customers who want to sign up app, staff should ask them to stand aside to sign up instead of signing up at the cashier counter taking up the space and wasting everyone’s time.

The drinks frankly I find the coffee taste not so strong. More like drip coffee with some milk. I can’t taste much coconut in the no.1 coconut latte. The least sweet version was also very sugary sweet. I personally find Luckin better. But that’s just me. I doubt I’ll drink this again.

There are seats and tables around the takeaway counter but quite dirty. I guess staff are busy also can’t expect them to...

This place has quite the selection of coffee and non coffee drinks! Think it looks quite new and the ordering system is very systematic, kind of like Macs where you can see from a screen what orders they are preparing and what is ready for collection.

I had their signature Gula Melaka Coffee (RM10.50) and my friend had their hot Australian Chocolate (RM12.60). Both drinks were prepared well. The coffee is strong and you get this coconut -y aftertaste, while the chocolate is rich without being cloying sweet.
