Dear Management, I am a customer who recently dined at your establishment. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge that the food served was quite good. Although the prices are slightly on the higher side, they are still acceptable. However, I had a very unpleasant experience due to the poor attitude of one of your counter staff, particularly the male employee. When I approached the counter with some questions and during the ordering process, the male staff (Chinese) member was extremely rude and impatient. His tone was cold and dismissive, making me feel very disrespected. As someone working in the service industry, a basic level of courtesy and professionalism is expected — unfortunately, he showed none of these qualities. I sincerely hope your management will take this matter seriously and provide the necessary training or take appropriate action against this employee. You may even want to consider hiring more capable and customer-friendly staff members, as this kind of attitude will surely drive customers away and damage the reputation of your business.
