Hi KFC Seri Gelam DT,
During my visit, I used a voucher for 50% off. I went to the cashier to place my order and also wanted to add a few more items. However, the staff told me to use the self-ordering machine for any add-ons. I followed the instructions and completed the additional order at the machine.
After that, I returned to the cashier to use my voucher and reminded the staff to combine both orders under one number. The staff asked, "What number?" I told it is "637"
Later, when my number was called, I only received the order from the machine—not with the voucher order. I approached the staff who handed me the food and explained that I had requested both orders to be combined. He checked with his friend, and the female staff member responded, “Kena tunggu la juga,” in a dismissive tone.
I ended up waiting for about an hour without any apology or proper communication from the staff. In my experience at other branches, using a voucher never required me to separate my orders like this.

When I was placing my order, I politely asked if I could request for a tight part. The staff member, a MALAY guy, immediately raised his voice and rudely said, “If have, will give.” This was completely uncalled for, especially since it was my first and only request.
I was shocked by his tone and attitude, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I ended up cancelling my order and drove up to the window to address the issue, but the staff member ran off and didn’t even have the decency to face me.
