Disappointing Experience: Hard Pizza and Overcooked Garlic Bread

Just now I ordered “MyBox Duo Pizza” from Pizza Hut No. 66, Jalan Harimau Tarum, Taman Century, 80250 Johor Bahru, Johor through Grab, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The pizza I received was incredibly hard, almost to the point where it was impossible to bite into. It felt like it had been sitting out for far too long or perhaps it was overcooked. Additionally, the garlic bread was a letdown as well. It tasted bitter, almost burnt, and the color was nearly black, indicating it had been severely overcooked. Walked in this store for the first time because my husband was craving for pizza. We ordered a set pizza with extra cheese topping but when the pizza arrived, it was so dry and the cheese was hardly seen!
