Visited Sushi King at AEON Tebrau yesterday for dinner. Was excited as we love Japan food and seeing that it was full of people and a queue was forming outside. Oh mind..that was the worst decision we ever made.

ย ย ย Read moreFirst of all the food here taste not bad, but the sushi on the conveyer belt is not covered properly, so can see many of the dressings on the sushi stick on the cover, which makes it less presentable. THINK TWICE if you want to order the cold drinks, it taste very weird.
Next, I am very disappointed by their service attitude. I went with a group of 5 people, we called the server a few times, and he asked us to wait. As we were praying to give thanks for the food, the server shows no common sense at all and interrupts us in the middle of the prayer by saying โexcuse meโ twice loudly๐.
After that as we need help with the mini stove, we called the server again for assistance. As he was cleaning up the table two table away from mine, somehow he couldnโt hear our calling. After third attempt he reply โye, sekejap!โ which means โyes, wait!โ.
Sushi King can do more in training your staffs please, and teaching them about prioritising their tasks. It was clear that the your restaurant that day is not crowded at all, so Iโm sure the dirty table can wait.
One last thing is we find that putting wasabi on the conveyer belt is not hygienic at all, who knows what the previous customer used to scooped out the wasabi. I still prefer the individual packaged wasabi.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the food quality at your establishment. During my recent visit, I ordered several salmon dishes and a miso ramen, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing.
Firstly, the salmon was not fresh and had an unpleasant odor, which made it unappetizing. Additionally, the portion size was exceptionally small, which did not justify the price.
Secondly, the miso ramen was poorly prepared. The noodles were undercooked, resulting in a hard texture, and the broth had an unusual smell that was off-putting. The meat in the ramen also exhibited the same issue, making the dish entirely unsatisfactory.
Overall, the food quality did not meet even basic standards, and I find this completely unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as such issues can severely impact customer satisfaction and the restaurantโs reputation.
