Vivo Pizza AEON Tebrau — Restaurant in Johor

We visited Vivo Pizza for the first time and decided to break our fast there. We found their contact number through Google reviews and decided to try making a reservation via WhatsApp. Their response was incredibly fast and they allowed us to place an advance order to confirm our booking. The process was smooth—after confirming our order, we made the payment via QR code, which made everything hassle-free.

Upon arrival, we were pleased with the spacious seating and table arrangement. It was comfortable and there was plenty of room, making it a great dining experience. One thing that impressed us was how efficiently they managed the timing. Since it was the fasting month, we expected the food to arrive early and they served it 20 minutes before the actual time. Despite arriving early, the food was still warm and delicious and the drinks were still good. Fries is still good even its cold.

Everything we ordered was enjoyable but the panini fried fish and beef lasagna stood out as our favourites. The flavours were rich and the portions were satisfying.

I had a terrible experience at Vivo Pizza Aeon Tebrau. On March 16 (Sunday, 8–9 PM), I ordered their chicken lasagna, which was not freshly cooked—the texture was unusually dry.

That night, I developed a high fever (40°C), body aches, stomach pain, diarrhea, and a severe headache. The next day, my condition worsened, and by evening, I had to seek urgent medical attention due to severe stomach bloating, which made my abdomen swell like a three-month pregnancy. The pain was unbearable, and I felt like my intestines were going to burst.

I was diagnosed with a severe bacterial infection and gastritis, putting my health at serious risk. Despite this being caused by improper food preparation, Vivo Pizza has taken no responsibility and has not responded to my complaint. We came to this restaurant at first was politely welcomed by male waiter and we were told that once we ready for the order just press the bell on the table.Subsequently, after we ready for order called through the bell.Thereafter one female waitress wearing spectacles I guess maybe if she's the restaurant Manager attended on us . She just unhappily cut through our order request and simply told us to scan QR Code and walked away.The QR order web network also having issue/hanged to access.We wasting time for approximately at least 15-20 minutes.Terribly bad attitude and rude she just abandoned us and didn't bother to offer any help .We feel like a beggar asking for food.Finally we decided to leave the restaurant without making any order.Really bad service.Will never ever come to this ridiculous Vivo pizza restaurant again.Hope the higher management will look into it and her...
