I purchased their soup package from the retail store next to their restaurant in January 2024 during my CNY shopping. It seemed like a good deal as it came with a free pot. However, less than a year later, and after only four uses, the pot developed visible cracks and started leaking water (as shown in the photo).
I contacted their WhatsApp support, hoping for a resolution, but was told the promotion ended in August 2024 and no replacement would be provided. This response is deeply disappointing as it reflects poorly on both the product quality and the company’s willingness to address customer concerns.
Initially, I mistakenly informed their WhatsApp team that I purchased the product from their Bukit Indah outlet. Upon checking, I confirmed that the purchase was actually made at the AEON Tebrau outlet.
NEW UPDATE WITH CONVERSATION SCREENSHOT: AFTER 3 WORKING DAYS... I definitely won't patronize them anymore after this. What kind of reply is this without taking responsibility. Business like this should...

Dined at this outlet and ordered something to "clean" my gut. Told the wait staff (who happened to be one of the chef) that I had a bloated stomach and she thoughtfully made minor adjustments to the ingredients of the stir fry lotus and mushroom in honey black sauce, by adding some ginger. (Which is known traditionally to comfort the tummy)
The dish was yummy, a mix of salty, honey sweet, with a hint of ginger spice, without being too greasy. It is easily my favourite dish.
The stir fried cabbage was fresh, crunchy and savory, due to the mix of cai poh, and white bait. The greens retain the green gloss, suggesting it was cooked at high heat in a timely manner.
The truffle egg and prawns were eggy tasty with hint of truffle. Just nice without overpowering the egginess of the dish. Prawns are fresh and crunchy.
Will I return? Certainly. This time to try the other specials and soups on...
Read moreMy friends and I visited this restaurant on Fri for lunch. The food were tasty, although personally I thought could be less salty. We especially loved the signature herbal chicken soup, which had a tender chicken thigh in tonic laden soup, stone claypot rice with yam and stir fried lotus with mushrooms. The French bean was a bit salty for me. Aside from the food, I must say the service was surprisingly "bad". I'm guessing the young chap who served us was really new and not yet trained. When we wanted to order, he stood at a distance instead of next to us. We all looked at him, waiting for him to come over, but he just stood there with his pen and notepad. We could hardly hear him with his mask on, and finally he came to our side to take orders (even then, we found it hard to hear him). Apart from the "interesting" service, we do all agreed that generally, the food was good and I don't mind...
