I absolutely love the food here! The Pho broth is simply outstanding. For those who may not be feeling well, whether you have a cold or a sore throat, I strongly recommend coming here. The freshness of the broth can work wonders to help you feel better.
As for the ulam, I do wish it were refillable. Sometimes people enjoy using a lot of lime, so having extra lime on the table would be more convenient.
I have no complaints about the portion size; it was substantial and left us feeling satisfied. I would say it's well worth the price.
One area where MyViets could make an improvement is by considering hiring more staff. During our visit, two of your staff members were unwell and kept coughing. Even with face masks, it made us, as customers, feel uncomfortable.
Overall, I'd rate MyViets a 7.8 out of 10. I look forward to returning to try other dishes and Pho varieties...
Read moreI’ve been to myviets since it open here in Bangi. And I used to enjoy it a lot especially last year, always came with my family and the food was great. For example this salted egg fried rice is my favourite thing to order here, but now the food looks completely different as compared to last year (2023) and not to forget the price is quite high RM19.90 and here the photos looks like just a normal egg fried rice with soy sauce (the pic shows exactly how the food arrive, it looks empty). And I do notice the soup for the pho has decreased significantly. Now just look like a wet noodle instead of noodle with soup. Missing the old myviet and hopes this can...
Read moreWas in the vicinity & stumbled upon this place. Most Vietnamese restaurants do have few vegetarian options.
The menu only had the dry noodles with the spring rolls listed as vegetarian. This is usually served with fish sauce. We were served with Thai chilli sauce, which made it slightly sweet. The spring rolls were oily.
Asked if there were any other vegetarian dishes, it was a resounding no! We then requested for the spring rolls to be made vegetarian and, instead of the chicken, to be replaced with tofu. However, when we were served, there was no tofu. The content was the same as the dried noodles. When this was highlighted, reluctantly, we were offered a slight discount.
Disheartening to note that vegetarians are not considered as part of...
