Sushi Mentai • C180 — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE! I would rate them with NO STAR if can choose. Went to this restaurant yesterday to have my dinner, places my order with order sheet and pass to the waiter to key in. For your information, I've ordered 6 plate sushi, 1 sashimi and 1 shishamo. After a while, sashimi and shishamo was served at my table. Then I thought my sushi will be served too but NO. NOT EVEN A PLATE WAS SERVED TO ME. And the funny thing is another 2 table (new customer) gets all their food. So I check with the waitress who is not wearing the uniform. I tell her, can you please check on my order? And I don't know where she went and NEVER GIVE ME ANY ANSWER ABOUT MY ORDER AND I SAW HER GO TO CASHIER. So I thought that OK my order will be served in a while. And waited for like 20 mins, STILL NO SUSHI SERVED TO ME. So I check again with another waiter, and he come back and saying that WE DON'T HAVE YOUR ORDER.

I was so MAD because my order was not served when I wrote all of them in the SAME ORDER SHEET! AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE WAITRESS (1ST TO CHECK MY ORDER) IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! WHEN I ASK TO CHECK, YOU SHOULD LET ME KNOW THE STATUS AND NOT KEEP ME WAITING UNTIL I NEED TO CHECK MY ORDER AGAIN THEN ONLY YOU TELL ME THERE IS NO ORDER!!! RIDICULOUS!! HOW CAN YOU SERVE CUSTOMER WITH THIS ATTITUDE?!

And the funny part is, after i cancelled all my order that have not served to me and went for the bill, is the 1st waitress that check the order for me, she only tell me OH SORRY with a very minimal tone and voice. HER ATTITUDE IS UNACEPTABLE!! I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT CAN TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEE WITH SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE WAITRESS!!!

I am a salmon hunter. This place have the best salmon sushi I tell you. Cheap af and delicious! I ate total of 16 plates (14 red, 2 yellow) and 2 ice lemon tea, cost me only RM 56. The portion is really big compared to Raja Sushi. Price is insanely affordable. I only eat anything with salmon. Love the taste and the price. Will definitely come again!

Update 6/3/2019: Still love the warm welcoming from the staffs. Been eating here for more than 5 times not once I'm disappointed with them. Foods are amazing as always. My new favourite is tuna + salmon. Aside from that, tried their ramen and a bit disappointed due to there's no taste and tak pedas. I will never come again if their main dish is ramen but in this case, I'll come again anytime for their amazing delightful lovely...

Everything is good except for the salad. Disappointed. The sauce given is not enough and the salad is super dry. Whatever additional will need to be charged by 100g. If this is the way to earn extra money from your customer, I don't think this is fair. I have given my feedback to the staff and even show him that the salad is super dry. He mentioned that the sauce is at the base. Well, when i show him the base of the bowl is also dry. He said you need to mix it the moment you pour. Ermm...I'm not sure if this is the standard way of mixing salad. If this is the proper way, it would be much appreciated if you inform your customer when the food is being served.
