Service out!! I asked the cashier to add on hot milo for my set as I'm not feeling well, she asked Mukhriz whether is it possible, he took a glance upon me and said no to the cashier, I requested to them pick some other drinks and charge me, but give me hot milo, she asked Mukhriz again and he said no again.. bad customer service from mukriz being their senior. The food does not look anything like the pictures. The jumbo meal was basically a kids meal. Nothing like the picture. Not enough fries, no fries cup. Chicken Burger patty was super tiny, essentially smaller than a junior chicken.

Quality of food was not great. Fries were soggy and in very limited quantity. No ketchup available. No covers or straws for the drinks.

Nothing like the north American marrybrowns which may have skewed...

I was waiting at the left counter for ordering because they put ‘next counter’ sign at the right counter. Those staff were have a relaxing chat together and keep ignoring me.
