Service out!! I asked the cashier to add on hot milo for my set as I'm not feeling well, she asked Mukhriz whether is it possible, he took a glance upon me and said no to the cashier, I requested to them pick some other drinks and charge me, but give me hot milo, she asked Mukhriz again and he said no again.. bad customer service from mukriz being their senior. I've been eating at MB since 9yo. Try talking nice to me or explain smtg, not busy hour pun..

The food does not look anything like the pictures. The jumbo meal was basically a kids meal. Nothing like the picture. Not enough fries, no fries cup. Chicken Burger patty was super tiny, essentially smaller than a junior chicken. Quality of food was not great. Fries were soggy and in very limited quantity. No ketchup available. No covers or straws for the drinks. Nothing like the north American marrybrowns which may have skewed my standards.

The cashier behavior was so rude just like didn't want to serve their customer. They just talking among themselves while we ordering the food. The worst was the cashier did ask if I want to add something but I ignore it . Suddenly, in the receipt they just add cheesy wedges. Furhtermore, for the beverage combo they didn't tell that some drinks needed to charge they just tell us to choose the beverage.
