KFC Kuah, Langkawi — Restaurant in Langkawi Island

One of the worst KFC I have been to anywhere in the world. This place is very dysfunctional and unorganized and those large quantities of food sitting up in fries that are taking probably hated and would fail Health standards in many countries. The staff are disorganized very slow and don't know what they're doing. The food that I ordered has been sitting for a long time but chips were cold, the burger was some sort of cheap nasty bits and pieces squeezed into a patty and was really crazy and was also really warm but it certainly wasn't a breast of chicken. I waited in line for 15 mins, ordered my food, when they gave me my food they said they can't accept my card even though there was no sign saying they can't accept credit card payments. I didn't have any cash. The manager was very professional in handling the situation. I'm very happy with the good service provided by the manager. He handled it better than even some managers would of in american KFCs.

One of fast food franchise available in Langkawi. The outlet is 2 storey with order counter at Ground Floor and 1st Floor is for dine in. Quite crowded here during peak hours. The outlet need to improve the cleanliness as there are unpleasant smell especially at 1st Floor. To have frequent checking on condiments area to ensure the chilli is available for customers.
