Luckily, just a short walk away is APATHAAS TASTE INDIAN RESTAURANT where you'll find delicious and budget-friendly breakfast and lunch choices. Their quality surpasses many other eateries in Langkawi, making it a worthy stop. On another note, I must commend the hotel manager, Alan, for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to assist us with booking car rentals, island hopping, and mangrove tours. Thanks to his help, our excursions were truly memorable. Alan's hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip.
Aside from Alan's assistance, the hotel staff in general were friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth, and any issues we encountered during our stay were promptly addressed. Read moreFirst impression totally threw us off. It looked like we were checking in a prostitution dent. Staff were uneducated and do not know English at all. Upon check-in, I was only given a single key for the room power supply. The funny thing was, I booked a triple deluxe room. How on earth do you expect 3 guys to share one key that has to be in the power supply? The receptionist simply answered ‘The reception is open 24/7 and we will assist you’. Do you actually think I have no other work but to come down every time the door is locked? She had a very stupid look on her face. ||||The hallway to the rooms were terrible. It felt like a prostitution dent. Rooms were worse. So dirty and the toilet sink was clogged up. Shower wasn’t working and so much rust in the bathroom which is a hazard.||||Breakfast was disgusting. I purchased a package at MATTA fair to spent sometime in Langakawi . The decision to stay in hotel Bahagia was a big mistake. The person who calls himself as a Sales Manager, does't have any etiquette to how to behave with their customers. He is very rude and unfriendly. I had sent him my itinerary prior to my travel, wherein my check in and check out dates with flight details were clearly mentioned. On the day of check out our flight was at 22:20 hrs, however, this guy was forcing us to leave for the airport around 18:00, where as it was agreed with the staff of the hotel to drop us at airport around 20:30 hrs.
