P10 kopitiam — Restaurant in Kedah

Please improve your food and drinks.

I ate Pan Mee and Ayam gepuk/geprek. It tasted bad. But gosh we finished it because we don’t want wasting food.

BUT PLEASE DO IMPROVE YOUR DRINK SERVICE. I have read others review. It’s been 5 months, you guy don’t improve your service?!

My family and I also other customers waited the drinks until we finished eating. BUT when we want to ciao, only one drink served?! We ordered 4 drinks kot.

When I went to the counter to pay for the drink. The cashier told me to pay for 4 drinks?! I said that we only got one glass only and waited for sooo loooong. The cashier said that I have to wait for other 3 drinks and come again and pay all of it. I was mad, the drink served was one how can I pay for 4!

Unfortunately, the cashier understand the situation and makes me pay for one drink.

We furiously left the kopitiam. Don’t know whether we should eat here again.

PLEASE DO IMPROVE YOUR DRINK SERVICE. ALSO PLEASE LEARN FROM OTHER RESTAURANTS HOW THEY MANAGE DRINK...

The variety of food stall amazes me. There are lots of food served here. The taste of food here are satisfactory but the price is a bit high compared to Ukir Mall Kopitiam. The seating capacity is also huge. On the other hand, the parking lot is very limited. Need to park beside the busy road which may obstruct incoming traffic. Furthermore the service of the drinks are really poor. I cant even imagine how long will it take to make a drink based on the allocated staff. In terms of quality of service I would prefer Ukir Mall Kopitiam...

Hari jumaat ramai gila orang ya la kedah cuti jumaat, and jadi crowded takdak tempat nak duduk, khamis tak crowded sangat, dah try pi dua hari tu.

Suggestion untuk owner : buka meja dekat belakang tu lebih sikit sebab ada ruang lagi untuk meja and numbering meja suruh semua vendor hafal betui2, depa macam still tercari2 number meja, end up meja lain dapat order orang lain yang kebetulan order benda yang sama.

Makanan ada sedap ada tak sedap sebab lain2 vendor tapi sangat sangat banyak choices, semua ada pulut ayam, chee ho fun, roti canai sarang burung, western food, mushroom soup, char kuey tiaw, yong tau fu, bihun sup, nasi ambeng, peknga nyoq, ubi kayu rebus, dimsum, pulut ikan masin, kerabu megi, takoyaki, banyak laa, wantan mee tu masin and lama nak sampai kalau order.

Part ayaq pulak, ambik order ayaq laju. Ayaq nak sampai tu berejam nak mai, sampai dah habis makan, jadi suggestion saya, sila buat ayaq basic macam teh, kopi, milo in jug so tuang ja or panaskan, sebab 3 orang nak bancuh satu2 ayaq, lama gila, orang ramai, semua lapaq ayaq. So work on that. Kalau takmau bancuh siap, ambik lebih banyak tukang buat ayaq, ayaq kena mai dulu baru food, tadi aku dah habis makan, baru ayaq mai hahaha

Overall, best la banyak variety, oh parking susah sikit sebab spot parking sikit ja and tepi jalan....
