Please keep your eye on the staffs here, so inconsiderate and lack of common sense. Why?

I brought a baby with me and my baby was sleeping and 4-5 of your staffs were laughing and doing TikTok video in the middle of the isle. Other customers were also waiting to get to their tables because these buffons were dancing.

I dont know if thats Boat Noodle’s policy to have their staff doing TikTok at 2pm on business hours…. Please do the right thing because these people arent the best ambassador for your image. People are watching and its a shame that the name of Boat Noodle is now stained with bloody idiocy plus lack of common sense by your staffs.

For me its a very bad experience. Come over at lunch hour, weekdays and theres no crowd. Usually people come to boat noodles to experience the noodles which consist a lot of bowl. Come for 2 person and as everyone knows how small the table is to place all the food and condiment on the table. Request to seat for 4 seated even we come in pairs because theres still a lot of empty table. Very disappointed because need to argue to get the 4 seated table & still wanted to separate the table. Whats a joke. I understand the situation if theres a lot of people. And not blame the staff 100% because they just follow the instruction. But theres no crowd.
