Four Seasons Restaurant Sdn Bhd — Restaurant in Kelantan

Went there for dinner last night.Took long for the waitress to put the food on our table and even longer for them to put the rice.We have to asked for it and waitress was not very happy. The restaurant was not full.When we went in,2 table was about to leave and we were placed near the kitchen where i could see all the cooked dish left at the counter and no one bother to quickly place them on the table.

We were seated pretty close to a table belongs to the owner wife and kids?Toddler was screaming his head off,playing around causing a few customers to turned their heads. I find it unreasonable and making the ambience to be more like a playground in fast food restaurant.The wife even changed the toddler diaper near their table in full view of the customers.

The food was sub par and the tea was diluted.Butter prawn came a a spoonful of sad looking egg floss,it was fried too long so it was tough and chewy.Fish was small for 6 people. It used to be good back then.Definitely not...

We did our pre order menus one day before n mentioning to be served when we arrived at 8.15pm. Later today they called saying that we hv to accept the menus to be served before we arrived...saying that they will be very buzy at t time we arrived.

We booked 2 tables for 8 paxs each... Later we found out that two menus served were different from what we ordered. The steam fish was horrible n cold...both tables...both were not cooked in t inner portion...we complained but the cashier refused to accept by saying that we should inform them before starting eating the fish....how are we going to know that the fish were not cooked fully if we didn't start eating it first... Secondly...were ordered 1 jug orange juice which is full of ice cubes n just 2 small glasses of juice. Other items side orders wrre also very expensive. Overall its was a horrible experience...I will not go again n in fact there are many other restaurants in KB that can offer...

Horrible experience! I went there with my family for dinner on the 2nd April 2022. Ordered ala carte. The butter prawns so smelly and dry. They must have cooked it from afternoon and put it aside. Tom yum - the prawn is not fresh and it has horrible smell. My daughter ate it unknowingly and asked me to check about it. I told her to stop eating as it not fresh and can be poisonous. I called the waitress and informed her and she agree it’s had bad smell. Went to cashier counter and told the Chinese lady sitting there and she just say” I don’t know, I didn’t check Becoz I didn’t cooked” . I am so mad paid the bills and after couple of hours we all have to go to hospital for food...
