Hotel O KB Near Siti Khadijah Market Formerly KB 7 Days — Hotel in Kelantan

This is the nearest place to Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab 2 and this is the worst experience. I clearly understand this is a budget hotel, and not expected much. Just paid RM 72 per night and again not expected much, maybe just a basic facility. No towel and toiletries provided, okay no issue, but no water? This is a joke. We have to check out early due to water disruption and to my frustration there is no one at the receptionist to complain. Seriously can't complain it was a decent stat i stayed here for 3 days. It was comfortable enough (for me) . The staff also very nice & helpful.
