Service was so bad that our order was delayed by over half an hour. The delay disrupted the experience and the staff was not apologetic at all at first. Our concerns were met with a dismissive attitude, requiring persistent complaints. Such an unfortunate incident greatly overshadowed any positives from our visit. Some of the waitresses were even making jokes and creating noise about our complaints. Their behaviour further exacerbated the already frustrating situation, leaving us feeling unheard and disrespected. Please take this seriously and train your staffs well.

The food was meh in terms of quality and taste. It was slightly overpriced too if you were to compare with other restaurants in KL with the price and taste...

Went there for their dim sum for the first time and LAST!!!!!! Probably because we didnt dress up like a rich person, so they dont treat us the same as other look-rich-customers. Service by the old and young waitresses are bad and rude.

Be careful that if the items that you ticked on the order list is not available, they wont inform you. They will just swap into other dim sum without letting you know. This is totally unacceptable!!! So remember to always check.

We felt perhaps their dishes would be better than the dim sum. Not many choices as listed. The steamed dim sum were not the best we had. Most likely frozen, not freshly made. Best dim sum was the deep fried yam puff. Fried radish cake was served buffet style, without warmer so it was totally cold when we ate it. World have been excellent if it was piping hot. Anyway, it will not be possible get our money worth with just the yam puff and fried radish cake. Did not even have char siu pork bun, quite...
