The Shanghainese dumplings taste so bad where the pork stings. Not just that, they forgotten to serve 2 main dish until we we ask them, the captain instead ask us which item hasn't been serve. Didn't expect such a Chinese restaurant had such bad service and served bad smell pork. The bubbly captain only apologise and instead blame us for not telling them upfront in order for them to serve the same dish again with fresher meat. I was like...why did you serve me an unfresh dish in a first place? When I raise to another captain, she did nothing and walk away. Such terrible service. I ask the cashier is there a complain form available, she smile and said sorry there is none.

ADVICE NOT TO EAT HERE as service are bad and their signature dish Shanghainese Pork...

My husband, baby and me decided to go to dragon i bukit tinggi for lunch. We have eaten there many times before. We go there coz the food.

today from the start we were greeted by a young Male server who was very reluctant to help us. From the start he was curt and bordering rude.

like we were not welcomed into thr shop ..our baby and us were more a trouble than a welcomed customer.

We ask to change the baby chair position and he got angry and practically threw the chair showing his anger.

At that point my husband baby and i left. My husband told him we will not tolerate anger and rudeness. we would not tolerate such bad behaviour and rudeness.

Ordered Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crab promotion set for 2.

The set was worth the price - inclusive of shrimp fried rice, signature steamed dumplings, mixed vegetables stir fry, 2 hairy crabs, and 2 cups of ginger tea.

The staff was patient and helpful while preparing the hairy crabs at our table for our consumption - even had a nice short conversation regarding the method of consuming the crabs (note: do not eat the heart of the crabs - it can be too "cooling" for the body; hence the ginger tea to help with "warming up" at the end of the meal).

Overall, it was a very pleasant meal with quality service. Would recommend giving it a try...
