Vivo Pizza AEON Mall Bukit Tinggi — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

We used to like to dine in Vivo. Love your chicken chop with rice those days, however, today when we visited, my kids and I were truly disappointed. The lemonade that cost close to RM9 taste weird. There is some "steely" taste in it. We end up tapau and no one wants to drink it at home. There goes RM9 into the drain.

The salad that comes with the chicken chop and rice - please..... Consider not using cheap orange cordial as the dressing. It taste very weird. You could just use very basic olive oil dressing. It used to taste normal last time and not overpowering. Now, I cringe when eating the salad.

The tropical chicken chop - I remember those days the pineapple is grilled fresh pineapple rings, now it is grilled canned pineapple. Too sweet.

The cheesy hash potatoes bowl has more mayo than cheese in it. 🙄. I know ingredients are more expensive nowadays, but you are not charging cheap and now, you may be spoiling your reputation in using cheap ingredients or cut corners.

However, thank God your Americano and the cookie quality is still there. Hope that if we come back again in future, quality of food...

I am disappointed to have to write this, but I feel I need to bring to your attention the negative experience I had during my most recent visit to your outlet at aeon bukit tinggi klang . Unfortunately, the food that was served was of very poor quality and, in some cases, downright unpleasant.

To begin with, the chicken wings I ordered were not cooked thoroughly, as the muscle was hard and difficult to chew. Additionally, the meatballs that were served were very tasteless and didn't have any of the expected flavors to them.

I could not help but get the impression that the restaurant staff did not take satisfaction in their work or that they didn't care about their customers' experience.

I truly hope that you will take these issues seriously and take appropriate measures to rectify them.
