Good food, nice taste vegetarian karakuddi bryani superb... very clean & neat, staffs very friendly too..Indian Authentic Cuisines (spices) 💯 better than any Chinese Foods are full of vinegar, ketchup & MSG are very bad for health.. i always prefer healthy Indian 🇮🇳 Foods. GEM'S is our regular dining place for my family & friends too... but the management should reconsider the waving 10% service charge & pricing of certain dishes on menu & also try to include a variety of other typical South Indian healthy dishes for chappathi like "veg-kuttus, kadappa, dal makhani, spinach dal gravy, onion sambar & Many more. ... There's something special about eating at a fine dinning restaurant but the MENU usually offers the same food that is often found in other fine dining restaurants as well. I wish GEM'S Restaurant will maintain taste & quality also the best...

Service was not good,had a very bad experience when I dine in on 29/9/21.I asked to pack the balance prawn briyani,(there were still few prawns inside the briyani),vege briyani and paneer gravy but when I reached home I was shocked and annoyed to see there were no prawns at all,both briyani rice also being reduced.Actually I don't understand this kind of attitude the staf holding so where is the accountability and integrity of the staf who pack the food?Can there be a trustworthy attitude and mannerrism lacking among the staf?Whom should be blamed?The owner of the restaurant or the staf?i paid for my food I didn't eat for free!!!Conclusion this Gem Restaurant in...

I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre (or even worst) for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic (the used to be 10 years back). They use the cheapest biryani rice and the mutton is vey old, and for chicken, they would have mixed with some old pieces as i ca smell it from some of the chicken piece. Roadside biryani is even better. The garlic naan which i ordered was so hard like made of rubber. The chicken gravy (so called) tasteless. I can only taste and smell the raw chilly powder in it. To the owner of this place, please improve, if you wish to get more customers if future, you already lost one here...
