Food is extremely slow. Taking more than an hour with all tables cleared and ours is still nowhere to be seen. Person waiting on us even forget what we ordered and I had to personally stand up and walk over to get him to focus on us as one of the man ONLY focuses on the older women despite me calling for them multiple times. The portion is inconsistent especially the fried dough. Only came because we were told that the taste here isn’t too bad (which changed since he came with us). Since the one we wanted to go wasn’t open. I personally look at service as well and not just food. This is not it.

The soup was mainly black pepper and not much of any other taste. Definitely added a lot of water which diluted the main broth. I personally wouldn’t be coming again sadly. However, the dried one...

I’ve been a frequent customer to this restaurant by ordering from grab , refrain yourself from ordering from grab as the staff who took and received grab order is a completely blind idiot

The first incident happened May 29th , where I clearly mentioned that I did not want any bones , only lean meat , but the order came with tons of bones and little of meat , I had personally contacted the boss and the boss had decided to refund.

The second incident happened today on 14th June , ordered 3 rice and only came with 1 rice. Reflect back to boss , boss apologize again , and schedule to deliver the rice , my order was on 5:37PM , the time now is 6:43PM and my 2rice is yet to reach.

Sadly to say this Samy branch is the worse. No more orders to this...

The DOWNS: Rice uncooked (for BKT standards is a fail)

The counter personnel spends half of their time fooling around and playing with their phone, only come to you if you call them and obviously you can see and feel that they are force to do so.

Staffs unable to pick up on customer request and unable to execute efficiently. Running to and fro to the rice counter 4 times and ask me the size of the rice bowl, bro~ either you have to get you BM test or your ears check.

The UPS: For some reason that is the only BKT store open for dinner. -_-""""" but if they don't improve on their standards then dear owners please prepare to see a diaspora of customer to anywhere else but yours.
