Got the CNY package. The worst part of the entire meal was the service! They were rushing us to eat! Our booking was at 8.30pm. They started serving all our food immediately at once. Before we finished one dish, they served another two. And the waiter had a black face the whole night. The reason they were rushing was because they were closing at 9.30pm. If it was going to be so rushed then tell us when we were making the reservation lah. Or let us know when were entering the restaurant.

Generally the food was okay but a few dishes were bad. The chicken was too dry and tasteless, then the desserts were also a disappointment. They used melted vanilla ice cream and the sesame ball was filled with nian gao which is not a good combination as it's...

Since I having dinner in the V room, so the experience I faced would be different than the hall table.

Food: Good and unique which they have dishes that others similar restaurants don't have, but still a bit too expensive(this why I didn't put 5 star)

Service: Best, even provide some good containers for you if you dabao the food(if you bring cake, they even use another container to let you bring back if you didn't finished)

Atmosphere: Not bad, had a personal restroom in the room and a waiter standby to change you plate

This restaurant doing a Dim Sum buffet on Sundays and public holidays in April and May. My friends and I went on April 6th to try it, but we were extremely disappointed. It took over an hour to get just 15 plates of Dim Sum, which made us feel like they were being very stingy, especially for a buffet. It's like they didn't want to serve much food.

Also, the staff were unfriendly, didn't smile or greet us, and were very slow and inattentive. We constantly had to ask for tea refills because they never checked on us.

3rd, the restrooms were dirty because the toilets wouldn't flush.
