The Chicken Rice Shop (Aeon Bukit Tinggi) — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I have been a customer at crs since the beginning of their business. The quality of the food and service is going down the drain from time to time. The bbq sauce is watery and same goes to the the chilli paste. The taste of the bbq chicken and steam chicken is also getting worst. Gado2 came with spoiled cucumber. The only positive thing here the staff were friendly and willing to change the gado2 for pakchoy. High possibility to close business sooner or later if this keep happening. I have been eating TCRS since day one they open their shop. I am not sure the drop in quality got anything to do with mew Japanese company took over on 2019 for 220mil...

Food is good as usual.. Nothing down and nothing better.. Same as always..

Service very much disappointed with the unresponsive lady servants especially the lady manager I believe as she was wearing a manager vest.. She was showing her attitude all the time keeping her face straight and mean.. No idea why she is even there if she couldn't treat the customers politely.. The male servants was good though..

Atmosphere is not as it should be as the air-conditioning was not so good.. Cleanliness was kept good by the male cleaner.....

The cashier, named Kevin, is so cocky. We waited for a long time and he said that the table was full, but when we looked by ourselves, there was an empty table. He didn't look at us when talking; he didn't even talk to us properly. And another worker who also did not have manners; I don't know his name, but he cleaned the table.
