Stumbled upon 文記冰室 which is like the famous Hong Kong tea houses or 茶餐廳 right smack in Kepong. Operated by Hong Kong owners, they sure know how to prepare and serve authentic style Hong Kong tea house food and snacks. I had the fried dry style beef hor fun which was good but I found it lacking in seasoning but they did provide me with some dried fried chillies and when mix with it, the dish comes alive.
