Staff was not friendly! Lanci all the way, they will serve your food by throwing the food and spoon on the table, although it's not that hard but still can feel it. Now i felt regret for saying thank you for serving the food to my table because i would never expect to be served this way. No greets, no smile, nothing. Even leaving the store the staff won't even look at you. Worst dining experinces ever. Atmostphere wise, the toilet lights are closed and door can't even be opened, it was blocked by something inside, but still managed to look inside, it was messy and it look like they doesn't even care to clean it. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED! Update after getting reply. it was today 23rd February at around 9.56pm to 10pm. Do you even need to learn how to be insulted? If your staff is doing something that make me unpleasant, you need to learn to teach your staff to do better instead of blaming customer. The female staff was wearing plaid shirt and a hat. If you can hear the sound of spoon and plate dropping on table, do you even need to "learn" it was a bad manners? At least for me i never experience this kind of attitude before. For toilet, i would not dare to ask your "friendly" staff for any assisstant, as i never did get greeted as i enter the shop. And when I'm ordering the food and wanted to show proof of payment, the staff was looking at outside! First impression? Definitely nailed it. As what you said about the switched off light for toilet, if you wanted to care about environment friendly, you should close the lights at the back side of your store too as i see no one was even inside. You did know the door is hard to open yet you do nothing about putting a notice and where to open the lights? My complaint make no sense to you but make sense to you for blaming everything back to customer instead of listen and do it better. You can do it better but you refuse to do so. I did not feel any heartfelt reply from you whatsoever, only blaming back to customer. You are giving all the responsibility you should have to customers, if i need help for every minor task, you need to reconsider how you handle things better! As for what you mentioned, you said staffs will greet customer as they come in AND when leaving, well, not for my case. No staff can be seen when leaving the store, should I go and ask for greeting too? And busy you said? No one was even inside the store when this happened. I not sure about the guy in black shirt is your staff too, but he did walk around in shop without ordering anything and when we leaves, he did not even look at us. As for requesting for time and date for visiting, i felt nothing but only for you to pinpoint which customer I am and not doing anything to improve your services as what you said did not feel like you want to improve instead you just wanted to prove yourself right and blaming all the thing...

I’m usually not a picky person over drinks, yet I would use “disgusting” to describe the drinks..you can imagine how bad it is.. taking into account the price that they charge, RM17 for a drink, it is on the higher side among all the bubble tea shops here. Visited with two other friends and they both said the same thing, so it is definitely not just me. Ordered their cheese black grape tea and the brown sugar pearl milk. The grape tea is a frappe/smoothies drink, it tasted extremely artificial and weird, the cheese top doesn’t taste good either, and the two of them definitely don’t go well together. We didn’t even finish 1/10 of it.. We also ordered their bubble flow soufflé, not too bad when eat it all together with the sauce and the pearls, but the soufflé itself is a little dry inside. Customer service could be improved, the management did not seem to really care what their guests/customers feel about...

Staff are very welcoming and friendly, the soufflé is very nice it has such fresh taste to it and the drinks as well so refreshing and the atmosphere is so nice and chill its prefect if u want a quiet time and focus on work or studys,and the waffles are nice too such pretty presentation especially the chocolate waffle its so hard to find shops that does this with such cheap price thats all. best cafe in kepong for my opinion i will keep coming back to Mogé tee. Thats all of my review thank you to the boss for such amazing experience of their cuisine...
