The river snails (田螺） are very fresh, though they might be a bit overcooked, giving them a nice chewy texture.

The Wok Grilled Bullfrog（干锅牛蛙） is fried to perfection and paired with potatoes, offering a great flavor, though the portions of bullfrog could be a bit larger for sharing.

The Water-Boiled Fish （水煮鱼） is delightfully spicy, and the fish is incredibly fresh. Highly recommend trying this dish!

We ordered two dishes with rice for our meal.

1. Duck Blood with Chili Sauce (4 Star) This is a hot dishes containing duck blood tofu, luncheon meat, pork offal, Chinese cabbage soaked in chili and sichuan peppercorn oil. The ingredients cooked with suitable level, the chili oil is rich in flavors with medium spiciness, good combination with rice.
