The food is not heat enough and if you ask to reheat they will reject at first and you have persuade the staff to help you. Tonight, I had an extremely unpleasant experience while dining. When I reached the cashier to pay, a Chinese female cashier blatantly ignored me, engrossed in chatting with her friend, despite knowing there were customers waiting. What infuriated me even more was her deliberate increase in the volume of their conversation, as if she wanted me to wait intentionally. This is not the first time I've faced such a situation, and her attitude and basic courtesy were abysmal.
