Absolutely atrocious service. This restaurant is a joke and is basically sending business straight to its competitors. I’ve been to their Damansara branch with no issues, but this branch? A complete disaster. First visit, not much drama. Kitchen closed in the middle of the day. I went next door. Second visit, I was told I had to wait 30–45 minutes because I didn’t have a reservation. Fine, since I missed out the first time, I decided to wait, since 30- 45 minutes wait right? No. Over an hour passed. Even worse, there were empty 4-person tables sitting there untouched for over half an hour. For what? Holding them for invisible customers? How many real customers did you turn away because of this ridiculous system? Finally, when we were seated, we were told there was a time limit of 90 minutes to dine in. We ordered, ate, and finished within 30+ minutes. The moment I put my cutlery down, waiters swooped in like vultures to clear my plates—even though I wasn’t even done with my fries. Trying to rush me out, are you? How rude! Is this what you trained your staffs to do? Turns out, so many tables were left empty since 7pm just to hold reservations for customers at 8 PM. Do you know how many people could have eaten and left in that time? Given how fast you clear plates and shove people out, your inefficiency is completely self-inflicted. And don’t even get me started on the staff. Poorly trained, no customer service, no system in place. Every time a new customer came in to ask, the immediate response was: “You have to wait 1.5 hours.” And for the customers that are already standing infront of your shop waiting for so long, no apology, no proper explanation, nothing. Girl in front not even making eye contact or a decent apology when it was our turn after an hour. Mind you she said the waiting time was 30-45minutes. A courtesy “sorry for the long wait” is not too much to ask right? Just terrible service and zero effort to manage customer flow. To top it off, I checked the reviews, and this isn’t even a one-time issue. So many customers have complained about the same problem, yet the management only knows how to give empty responses instead of actually fixing the system. Clearly there’s an issue with your service team and booking system but seems like you guys don’t think losing customers over it is an issue. If you can’t run a restaurant properly, at least train your employees and fix your reservation system before you continue ruining people’s dining experiences.

Better call to make reservation as walk in usually will end up waiting for quite some time especially if you wanted to dine indoor We had high expectation due to alot of ads promotion from the foodie channel which I'm using Anne Elizabeth (Cheras) as my benchmark since it offer similar menu and concept and I dine in twice before there We started of with Smoke Garlic Sausage (RM12.90), it is delicious and pairs well with the sauce and garlic. Next dish which is Sauteed Mushroom & Vege (RM16.90), this is where the drama started haha, first sentence that come into my mind is SALTY AS HELL...i'm someone that into heavily seasoned food but this is just too much...i'm constantly finding excuses for the shop that they might be too busy in the kitchen hence mistake was made in the seasoning part.. Proceeding to Classic Scotch Egg (RM16.90), my gf likes it but not for me, I find it too bland and boring haha Next would be the Black Truffle Iberico Carborana Spaghetti (RM32.90), they made mistake in deliving a different type pasta from other customer order but we just accept it since the customer on the other table had eaten ours lol. 2 complaints here...first word is also SALTY! Second word is clumpy...definitely off the mark in terms of texture...quite dissapointing lol... Lastly is my main dish which is the House Special Iberico Abanico, which I choose it to be cooked well done as I'm not adventurous enough to try medium well haha. This is executed well, tender pork meat with the right seasoning. I hope they can do something on the QC part as I lose my confidence in giving this a second try lol. Wanted to order their 'famous' cheese wheel spaghetti and tiramisu cake but both is not available during our visit on a weekday dinner. Feel free to give this a try but I believe there are better options out there ;)

I called in earlier for reservations but they mentioned full & suggest trying walk-in to try my luck. Went on a Friday night around 6.40pm-ish there’s a couple in front of us and we overheard they have no reservations as well but allow to dine-in provided to finish within 45mins bcs it’s actually reserved for their 8pm customer. So we waited for ours if we got lucky just like them. Thankfully we got tables as well, soon after a couple left the window table; the table wasn’t what we expected but we didn’t have reservations so…. ok la. We’ve been to the SD brand so we know the drill to read & place your order up front near the deli counter. I must point out the staff that took our order were patience and friendly. I’ve made a mistake on my order after the first print out receipt realizing couple minutes later I then walked towards him to change if it is allow… he handled it very well despite of the crowd and busy kitchen crew. At the very least he couldn’t guaranteed the changes to my menu but he will tried to talk to the kitchen crew. My spaghetti came late but they did promised me the changes and thankfully we finished our food on time just without desserts. So I guess maybe next time…. I personally observed being a restaurant that open less than a year the reviews were crazily high so I’m not sure if all of them were genuine. Businesses sometimes doesn’t always has to be a rising star there will be downfall as well so that they could improve. So I guess getting lower rating is also a good thing? After what I experienced I think the front desk is doing his job well it’s not perfect but room for improvement. My other 2 cent… there’s a slight chance that maybe different neighbourhood or area you’ve encountered all kinds of customer base???
