We called to reserve a table for 12 pax 6:30 PM at this restaurant. We arrived on time, and the staff led us to our table. I noticed that the table had a card with my name and the reservation time of 6:30 PM. There was also another card with someone else's name and a reservation time of 8:00 PM. I asked the staff why we were not informed about the limited dining time beforehand. The staff replied that the restaurant only allows 90minutes for dining. Since my family had already arrived and it was too late to change venues, we felt deceived. We had both elderly and young family members, and it was rushed to finish our meal in 90 minutes. So we started ordering at around 6:40 PM. I didn't note the exact time we finished ordering. The first dish was served at 7:25 PM. We finished our meal around 8:10 PM, but hadn't ordered dessert yet. The staff told us that our time was up and we needed to give the table to the next customer. I mentioned the slow service and that the first dish was served at 7:25 PM. The staff said it was our fault for ordering late. We decided to skip dessert and left after paying.

If you had informed me about the 90 minutes dining limit when I called to make the reservation, I would have confirmed with my family before booking. It wasn't fair to tell us about the time limit only after we arrived at the restaurant. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day celebration dinner, but it turned out to be rushed and disappointing. I rarely give one-star reviews, and this is my first time doing so. I understand that running a business is difficult, but I am genuinely upset because this was the most rushed Mother's Day dinner I've ever...

This is a ridiculous nightmare of a dinner. We went to order only two dishes, a chicken and a vegetables. And they can get that all messed up / forgotten / rude service / no accountability.

At first they randomly served some random soup that we did not order at all, and almost served us an egg that belongs to next table. After realising we have been waiting at our table for 20 mins, they came to check us out, only for 3 staffs to come one by one and double check our order, in which they have no idea who placed the order!!!! And the chicken came finally, but the vegetables went missing. After almost finishing our meals, we asked them to check with the kitchen if the vegetables had been prepared, if not please cancel as we are finishing our rice. At this point i just wanted to finish my rice and leave because the staffs are having such a chaotic moment amongst themselves. By the time i am down to my last scoop of rice, the vegetables came. Wonderful. And the worst part is the kitchen staff/ boss just came and put her hands across my face and reach out to take away the chilli bottles without asking for consent. Ridiculous meal. Horrible restaurant. 10/10...

6pm- my husband ordered soya. They served him soya cincau. He forgive them and didnt ask for exchange.

6.30pm- we placed order of ginger steamed fish, curry mixed vege, and 2 warm water.

7.00pm- waitress came and informed no ginger, asked us can replace with other cooking method or not. We were starving and frustrated. So we cancelled steamed fish and place order for bitter gourd chicken.

7.10pm- waitress visit our table again and informed no bittergourd. We then have to change our order again.

7.20pm- they started to serve foods after 50mins waiting.

8pm- we finished all our food but the 2 warm water never arrive.

Conclusion: We were super frustrated and disappointed with their poor service and super long waiting time. They asked customers to repeat changes of order because their kitchen didnt communicate with frontliner properly or vice versa???

This is not our first visit, always disappointed with their slow service every visit. Even worse during weekends.

Price is more expensive compared to sai kong restaurant outside the mall in kepong. I heard they are operated under the same family. But we wont...
