Worse experience.

The restaurant opened on 10 am, we reached inside there on 10:15 am but just 2 stall was prepared to take order.

I'm just ordered myself a Hot Chinese Tea, the waiter serve me an ice chinese tea. Then of course I'll ask to change it, but the waiter stare at me like I'm saying something wrong.

The restaurant separate for indoor and outdoor area, for better experiences we choose to sit inside. Unfortunately, there were a lot of flies when we were having breakfast, which affected our meal.

I have ordered a Chili Pan Mee it cost RM13 with egg. For my first tought : Fine, I know it's nearby Manjalara area the price still normal for here. Untill the workers tell me I need to take my meal by myself. Fine, some other places are same, that's still acceptable. I can understand maybe they will be busy and rushing for serving. When I take my meal, I feel really disappointed. The portion is lesser than the Kopitiam outside but cost more expensive and I need to...

Feeling cheated by some stalls that didn't honestly and clearly indicate the takeaway prices. For example, the laksa stall and the Vietnamese stall have higher takeaway prices than what's shown on the notice. The soup stall is even worse – the price for rice is incorrect, and when you pay, they just ask you to pay extra because there's a new price. If they want to earn more, they should honestly display the prices upfront instead of using these tactics to make money. I'm not sure if all the stalls ganging up in this tactics all the stall keepers just show innocent faces and repeat the extra price that's not listed on the wall. The soup stall only gives 2 pieces of hard-to-chew pork for a RM9 soup. If they don't plan to provide quality meat, they might as well not sell it. Overall only the western stall is generous with food portion, still maintaining quality and didn’t charge extra expensive...

I considered myself as a frequent customer as I was staying nearby. However this incident makes me speechless with one of the staff(he is taking drinks order inside the aircond area, a moustache guy hanging a mask on the face). I was carrying my baby with me and meeting one of my friend there and I excuses this guy if he could bring me a baby chair. And this guy brought the baby chair and he whispered to me ā€œ next time take baby chair yourselfā€. I dont mind taking a baby chair with my baby hanging on me, but on the spot it wasn’t a busy hour so I asked this guy if he could bring me. Overall, the food and drinks considered moderate and is slightly pricey as what I understand it is an aircond foodcourt. The old batches of staffs are really good and very helpful until the foodcourt re-open after the renovation and I can see something is...

A Mixed Bag at United Point I recently visited a tea room at United Point. While the overall ambiance was pleasant, the dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The coffee and cham were surprisingly good, a delightful surprise. However, the croissants served by the staff were disappointing. They were flat and not worth the price. It's a shame that such a simple item could detract from the overall experience. I hope the management takes note and trains their staff to serve these pastries properly. On a more positive note, I was truly impressed by the BaWang BBQ stall. Their roasted pork noodle was exceptional. The noodles were tender, and the roasted pork and char siew were flavorful and well-cooked. It was a pleasant discovery, and I'm eager to try their other noodle dishes in the future.

Update on 30 Aug, this lunch made me food poisoning and diarrhoea for 3 days, I have medical slips as proof, wish everyone visit here a good stomach. The Mamasoo is really the worst, ginger onion with rice is 13.50, if u choose fish need to add another RM3, its been some time since last visits turned out its fking disgusting powdered with rice cost me RM16.50, and they don’t serve pork now. Add money for fish and still don’t taste fish. To be honest I know it’s bad but please close down for the sake of not ruined the good name it used to be, also this shouldn’t be called ginger onion rice with FISH. Self serving and still need to be this expensive? No wonder no one is ordering from your store. Support other local hawkers will do.

AUG2025: The new setup is much better. Clean environment. Just the aircond section, the ventilation kind of lacking. 1) Fish cutlets, multi grains noodles with milky, sourish soup kind of special. Taste flavourful. 2) the fried stall also quite nice. Reasonable portion. 3) the tea is thick too. Good. 4) korean hancook is one of the better one around. 5) the western food is so so. 2023: 1) Mama soo stall, my usual go to stall. Taste suits me, not salty, not oily. Portion OK. Returned on Aug 2023, price jumped about Rm3 per item. Rm9 now Rm12. 2) Hancook House, Korean food. Ordered this original bulgogi. Thought is nice. Reasonable portion, Stir fried with onion and the leaves. Kim chi not too sour type which suit me well.
