To whom it may concern,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention some aspects of my recent dining experience at your restaurant that fell short of the excellent standards I have come to expect. Unfortunately, the service provided by one of your waiters left much to be desired.

During my visit on 16th December 2023, I encountered a series of instances where the waiter exhibited a noticeable lack of attentiveness and displayed a dismissive attitude. This negatively impacted the overall enjoyment of my meal. I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I wanted to share these specific observations with you.

For example, when i ordered the spicy cold noodle, i asked an assistance if he can assist me in cutting the noodles for me, and your waiter said "no, im sorry i wont cut it, and i asked again "why cant you assist?" He answered " nonono i wont" and i was in shocked on the next sentence "you do it yourself, its so easy, take the scissors and cut it" (mind you, his sarcasm tone and reaction was rather rude. Secondly, when he put the kimchi on the grill and fried it, I threw my dirty tissues on the plate, and after he finish grilling the kimchi, he asked me "excuse me, can you remove your tissue, I want to put the kimchi". I was in utter shock. Beyonds words I raised my hand and ask for a new plate, and another fellow collegue came and gave me a new plate.

I believe addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the dining experience for future patrons.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will handle it in a manner that upholds the high standards of service that your establishment is known for. I remain a loyal patron and look forward to continued positive experiences at your restaurant.

I am writing this so that the boss/manager can highlight this when training your staffs. They need to be more careful when serving customers the piping hot grilled meat, especially when the table is not big enough for 8 pax.

All of us were seated right at the end of the restaurant. It was packed but we just squeezed in.

Overall the food was good. Especially the steamed egg, kimchi and pork belly. But I couldn’t enjoy much because my hand was hurting after the staff who was serving us the grilled pork belly accidentally hit my hand with the piping hot meat as he tried to serve it on my plate. Which he normally just served them on the plate in the middle of the table.

Both me and the staff were shocked and i was in pain. But I didn’t hear an apology or get help from him, he just stopped awhile and continued to grill the meat while i was waiting for my friend to pass me some tissue so i could temporarily ease the pain by pressing the burnt spot with tissue soaked in cold water.

I did not complain while i was there coz I didn’t want to ruin my friends’ dining experience. My hand was still hurting after eating. It became red and a bump was slowly formed. And today you can see the scar has turned darker as in the photo. That’s gonna stay there for a long time.

I hope you can take this matter seriously to prevent it from happening to other...

🍽 Food : 2 Pax Set (RM 111) ⭐️Pork Belly - the star of the show it was so juicy and so well cooked A MUST also seen on every table

🍲Kimchi Stew - very minimal amount of pork inside and loaded with kimchi + some tofu , wish there was more ingredients in this to make it more special

🍳Steamed Egg with Flying Fish Roe - super bouncy and fluffy , I could tell a lot of eggs went into it so I guess its quite worth it

🍜Spicy Cold Noodle (RM22) The noodle texture was actually super chewy ! My first time having cold noodle and it was really good for me !! The only thing is that it wasn’t really spicy? Instead it actually tasted quite sweet … the chilli paste tasted like korean gochujang sauce

💡 Tip : Please go at 4.30pm (evening slot) as they only seat 10 pax per slot. You’ll be able to go in around 5 (if you get in the second slot it would be around an hour later and so on). You also have to be in the area as they only hold your table for 10 mins once its your turn ! Also, by 5.30-ish they already stopped taking numbers as it was too full (Sat night) !

🤵🏽‍♀️ Service : Really great as they cook all the meat for you fairly quick and then let you eat, everything is also very organised and clean
